The XO-91A series are XOs in the frequency range from 50 MHz to 160 MHz, which are characterized by very low phase noise. The noise floor is -176 dBc/Hz, close to the carrier up to -130 dBc/Hz are reached at a carrier spacing of 100 Hz. Output signal HCMOS, supply voltage 3.3 V, stability +/- 25 ppm.
