The V-53A series in 5 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic housing are available with CMOS output for frequencies from 1.5 MHz to 170 MHz. The maximum working temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. A guaranteed net draw range of +/-50 ppm is standard. The VCXOs are operated with either fundamental or 3rd overtone quartz without multiplication. This ensures very good jitter and phase noise behavior.
