The (VC)TCXOs of the TO-75000 series are in a small 7 mm x 5 mm SMD package and for frequencies from 40.0 MHz to 100 MHz. Standard frequencies are 80 MHz and 100 MHz. The frequency stability is up to ±0.5 ppm from -30°C to +85°C. Available with 2.5 V or 3.3 V and with HCMOS or clipped sine output signal. Optionally, a drawing range up to +/- 10 ppm can be specified.
