The TCXOs of the T-9000-RF series are highly stable TCXOs in a 14 mm x 9 mm package for a frequency range of 50 MHz – 250 MHz. They are characterized by very good phase noise (-120 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz offset for a nominal frequency of 100 MHz) and low G sensitivity (typically 1.5 ppb/g). The TCXOs are available with 3.3 V or 5 V supply voltage and achieve stability of +/- 0.28 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. With an overall stability of up to +/- 4.6 ppm, they meet the Stratum3 requirements.
