The TCXOs of the T-53 series are cost-effective TCXOs with average stability from 0.5 ppm to 2.5 ppm. Available for temperature ranges up to -40°C to 85°C with supply voltage from 1.8 V to 3.3 V. The frequency range goes from 10 MHz to 52 MHz, the case size is 5 mm x 3.2 mm. Also available as VCTCXO with up to +/- 10 ppm draw range. These TCXOs are also characterized by a low power consumption of max. 6 mA (HCMOS).
