With our long experience in designing and manufacturing very low phase noise OCXOs, combined with latest circuit technologies, we now introduce a new 1 GHz OXCO. By using a highly stable 125 MHz SC-cut crystal and a new analog multiplication technique, we achieve typical phase noise levels of -118 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz offset and a noise floor of -158 dBc/Hz in this high frequency OCXO. A tight frequency stability of +/- 500 ppb in the temperature range -40 to 70°C and a very good long-term stability of less than +/-2 ppm in 15 years are also largely determined by the SC crystal used.
This OCXO is housed in a small, hermetically sealed, leaded package with dimensions of 36 x 27 x 20 mm, which makes it very usable for space-critical applications.
